FE Report
The board of directors of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) will take decision on MI Cement and Barkatullah Electro Dynamics Limited listing issue today (Monday).
MI Cement listing issue was scheduled to be resolved Sunday. But the DSE board postponed its meeting due to death of one of its director Feroz Khan.
The board will also discuss the progress on demutualisation process of the bourses.
Earlier, the DSE board applied to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requesting it not to ask for listing MI Cement and asked the company management to make proper arrangement to refund the money collected from the primary shareholders.
But the SEC rejected the application and directed the DSE management to make necessary arrangement in connection with MI Cement listing.
Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) already listed the MI Cement. On Sunday the MI Cement share was traded between Tk 140.20 and Tk 128 each on the bourse.
